Every family’s needs are different, so we offer a range of session types — from a first conversation to see if we’re the right fit, through to longer sessions that combine osteopathic treatment, movement, and education. Below is an overview of what each appointment involves, so you can choose what suits you best.
Connection Call
All clients will start here. Learn more about how we can work with you.
Initial Consultation
$250
This involves a thorough history, a physical assessment, osteopathic treatment if indicated, initial exercise prescription and some pregnancy education.
45 Minute Session
$150
This will involve one of the following: osteopathic treatment, movement session, or birth education.
90 Minute Session
$250
This will involve two of the following: osteopathic treatment, movement session, or birth education.
120 Minute Session
$350
This will involve all of the following: osteopathic treatment, movement session, and birth education.
